2. Labor and Human Rights
- The use of child labor, forced labor, or human trafficking is strictly prohibited.
- Suppliers must provide employees with a safe and healthy working environment.
- Suppliers must respect employees’ freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.
- Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, age, or other identities is prohibited.
3. Health and Safety
- Suppliers must provide a safe working environment and protective measures that meet relevant standards.
- Suppliers must conduct regular safety training and risk management.
- Suppliers must establish emergency response plans to address incidents such as fires, chemical spills, and machinery accidents.
4. Environmental Responsibility
- Suppliers must comply with relevant environmental regulations and properly handle waste and hazardous materials.
- Suppliers should promote energy saving and carbon reduction to minimize environmental impact.
- Suppliers should adopt sustainable materials and processes to support a green supply chain.
5. Quality and Integrity
- Suppliers must ensure that products and services meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Suppliers must provide accurate product origin, specifications, and inspection information without falsification or concealment.
- Any form of counterfeiting or infringement is strictly prohibited.
6. Information Protection and Confidentiality
- Suppliers must respect and protect trade secrets, intellectual property, and personal data.
- Suppliers must not disclose any customer-related information to competitors and must strictly safeguard customer information.
7. Monitoring and Improvement
- Suppliers must cooperate with regular audits and evaluations.
- If any non-compliance with this Code is identified, suppliers must immediately propose and implement corrective action plans.
- Suppliers are encouraged to establish internal reporting mechanisms to ensure issues are detected and resolved in a timely manner.
